Inpatient Coding Specialist
As a Remote Inpatient Coding Specialist, you will be responsible for coding all requested inpatient medical records using the most accurate and appropriate ICD-10-CM/PCS and DRG assignment, while meeting specified productivity and accuracy standards. You will also be responsible for abstracting key data required from the medical information consistent with UHDDS requirements, other regulatory coding guidelines, best practices in the industry and Coding Concepts policy and procedures.
Outpatient Coding Specialist
As a Remote Outpatient Coding Specialist, you will be responsible for coding all requested outpatient medical records using the most accurate and appropriate ICD-10-CM/PCS and CPT codes, while meeting specified productivity and accuracy standards. You will also be responsible for abstracting key data required from the medical information consistent with UHDDS requirements, other regulatory coding guidelines, best practices in the industry and Coding Concepts policy and procedures.
Provider Coding Specialist
As a Provider Coding Specialist, you will be responsible for coding all requested provider medical records using the most accurate and appropriate Evaluation/Management and CPT codes, while meeting specified productivity and accuracy standards. You will also be
responsible for abstracting key data required from the medical information consistent with UHDDS requirements, other regulatory coding guidelines, best practices in the industry and Coding Concepts policy and procedures.
Provider Consultant
As a Remote Provider Coding Consultant, you will be responsible for performing compliance audits based on current CMS, CPT, ICD-10 guidelines, as well as all state and federal regulations, while maintaining productivity and quality standards. You will also be responsible for utilizing the CMS 95/97 or 2023 documentation guidelines for evaluation and management (E&M) reviews. You will also write concise recommendation worksheets with appropriate findings and references to clients during summation calls, write Executive Summaries and communicate with various levels within the practice/facility.
Review Consultant
As a Remote Review Consultant, you will be responsible for performing inpatient and outpatient medical records compliance audits in accordance with current CMS, CPT, ICD-10 guidelines, as well as all state and federal regulations, while maintaining productivity and quality standards. You will also write concise recommendation worksheets with appropriate findings and references to clients during summation calls, write Executive Summaries and communicate with various levels within the organization.
